What Leviticus is about

Leviticus is the book of the priests and of holiness. It sets out the offerings, the dedication of Aaron and his sons, the laws of purity and kosher animals, Yom Kippur, and the holiness code of chapter 19 with its command to love your neighbor as yourself. It closes with the sabbatical year, the jubilee, and blessings and warnings.
