Torah Feed

Terms of Use

These terms cover the Torah Feed app and the Torah+ subscription. Installing or using Torah Feed means you accept them. On iPhone and iPad, Apple’s standard end-user licence also applies and takes precedence where the two differ.

The licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Torah Feed on devices you own or control, for your own study. You may not resell it, redistribute the app, or extract its texts in bulk for another product.

Torah+ subscription

Torah Feed is a subscription app: reading and every study feature require an active Torah+ subscription. Two plans are offered.

Prices are in USD; the store shows your local price and may differ by country. New subscribers to the annual plan get a 3-day free trial, once per store account.

Both plans renew automatically. Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple Account when the free trial ends, or at confirmation of purchase where no trial applies, and again at the start of each new period. The subscription continues until you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancelling keeps your access until that period ends.

Cancelling and refunds

The store that sold the subscription handles billing, cancellation and refunds; we cannot cancel or refund on your behalf.

Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. If you reinstall or change device, open Settings inside Torah Feed and tap Restore Purchases.

The texts

The Hebrew Tanakh and Rashi are public-domain texts. The English translation is the Jewish Publication Society 1917 edition, also in the public domain. Notes, word studies, curated themes and the app itself are ours. Torah Feed is a study aid, not a substitute for a teacher, a posek or a halachic authority.

Your content

Saved pesukim, notes and reading progress stay on your device. We never receive them, and we cannot recover them if the app is deleted or the device is lost.

No warranty

Torah Feed is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
